I hope that some of you can make it to the Bristol Rising Event on August 6th Saturday. Bristol is renovating and energizing their downtown with an event called a "Pop-up Piazza" . This is going to be so much fun and very interesting....music all day long, Artists, crafters and many things to see, hear, taste and do.....I have been commissioned to paint a bench for an inside cafe called the Bare Bones cafe which is where the bench will be placed....and there will be other artists doing their art and displaying their work. My band will also be doing a one hour set from 6:30-7:30pm...This is family friendly and is expected to be a lot of fun and very interesting for everyone. Ann Nyberg from Channel 8 will be there to emcee and I'm sure this will get a lot of attention. Additionally, with its success, there will be future events like this to bring positive energy and interest into Bristol. You can find the press releases on my page and I have been sharing them all along....Please "like" it even if you can't come or share it and others may be interested. so far somewhere around 400 people will be coming!
